ABOUT OUR STABILIZING PROCESS:

Using a series of chambers, your materials are impregnated with a proprietary blend of complex acrylic monomers using a combination of VACUUM & PRESSURE to ensure full penetration.

We make our own stabilizing blend – it is not a buy-out item. We have developed it with your needs in mind.

Our primary chemical is MMA (Methylmethacrylate)… the rest of the blend is proprietary.  It adds improved thermal properties, flexibility & strength ideal for machining, turning & grinding, and a higher gloss finish than you are accustomed to.

We can stabilize the woods others cannot!!  Cocobolo, Black & Claro Walnut, Redwood Burl, Lignin Vitae, Many Tropicals & Lots of others too.

NOTE:  To keep our costs down for you, your material will be returned with aluminum foil wrapped around each piece – it comes off easily.
